We used Country Properties to sell our flat in February this year and that went very smoothly and completed in good time. We had previously made an offer on a house, back in November 2021, that had been accepted, but we did not exchange contracts until last month and are due to complete this Thursday. Even though we were just the purchasers and not the vendors, Simon and the rest of the team at CP always kept us informed of progress over this very long period, where the chain n brke down on two occasions, which was greatly appreciated by us. They are very friendly, yet also professional.
