        These guys installed the roof at my property at North Anston, as contractors for Duchy Homes. It was an absolute disgrace. Multiple tiles loose, pointing falling out, roof tile clips all not folded over correctly and worst of all the felt had not been laid properly; meaning the whole roof section has to be taken up and re-laid. They came out to inspect the work, as instructed by the builder and the guy who came was easily the rudest tradesman I ever met. Accused me of damaging the pointing, even though I had pictures of the property before I moved in. In the end they refused to rectify their poor workmanship and Duchy had to get in another company to fix their work. Talking to the other tradesmen on site , these cowboys had a reputation for poor work and were replaced by Duchy, unfortunately after they botched my roof. Avoid at all costs.
