Accidentally parked in one of their spaces which weren't marked whilst visiting a neighbouring business. On exiting the business I was met by a very aggressive obnoxious individual who whistled at me and and shouted "Oi...stop parking there" I apologised for my error and tried to explain i had thought it was parking for the other unit and there were a number of empty spaces in the area i had parked. This was met with "I don't care, just stop parking there". I then stated sorry but I am just a customer of the unit next door and I haven't been here before to "stop parking there". The response was rather rudely and cocky "yeah well you ain't my customer are you so stop doing it" before the individual marched off back inside. Absolutely disgusting behaviour for an innocent mistake. Makes you wonder how they treat their customers if their staff act like and talk to members of the public like that.

This company is brilliant I often use it for my tools and trims . Simon has a vast knowledge of his products and all ways goes out of his way to help.keep up the good work
