        Quality products and when they do the job it is to a very high standard. Unfortunately, I gave them a referral which he kept promising to ring and never did (just said he was to busy, to ring). I've given him lots of business over the years, I thought he'd be more appreciative. Good quality, but unreliable!!

        Excellent service from start to finish, great advice on flooring types, and costs. The floor was laid in good time and the finish was perfect. Communication was very good and we have no hesitation in recommending Direct Carpets. We will definitely use them again.
