        Terrible!! Ordered a squash racket that was out of stock, so i requested refund both by phone and by email. They then tried to tell me it had been delivered but the photo taken by royalmail was of an address in Chelmsford, not my address near Derby,! Still no response several days later and still out of pocket by 147 with no racket!

        Recently ordered a Prince Pro Tour 850 squash racquet from these guys, despite choosing the cheaper, longer delivery, it arrived AM the next day. Can't fault the service or prices and the racquet is excellent too.

        Had a dreadful experience with the online squash shop and customer service. I ordered a racket which fractured at an awkward location after 3 games only. I sent the racket back and after it was examined the shop agreed to send a new racket back to me. Unfortunately they sent it to the wrong address and would not make any effort to get things sorted. As a result, 6 months later, I still haven't got the racket and the shop does not want to help. Very very poor.
