The reasoning is for being completely rude, arrogant and not having any manners what so ever.
It doesnt hurt to be nice and say please and thank you with a smile, and it doesnt hurt to actually talk to the person serving you rather than looking at them with a blank expression and just demanding a tea, coffee or beer.
Im sure everyone is lovely within this group but I think some people need to re-learn how to talk and act towards the people serving their food and drink.
This is what makes me give this group a 1 star, which is a shame as everyone is clearly very talented in the choir, but I cant find myself enjoying a live performance when I know that some of them have been nasty and horrible and plain rude to others.
