Thank you to the kind member off staff that served me today NO shops were open in my area because of the queens funeral my daughter has just been discharged from hospital and I had been in with her all week desperately needed essentials milk bread etc. I hope this kind staff member does not get into trouble as he should off closed and open for emergencies only. Can not thank you enough!! Well done on BP for realising yes its a sad day but there are circumstances where like me people may not off been prepared. Please no negative comments as I said was in hospital for a week!

Customer service absolutely appalling! That chubby guy with a beard is not fit for Customer service! Shouting and swearing at delivery driver in front of customers and being moody and rude as well...Will never go back there again. Awful
