I first used Breaks and Service world last year for my MOT. The best prices I could find - I got a great feeling from then right away. Really friendly staff - fast and efficient. I just had a full service and breaks repaired. Again at a cost that is unbelievable and they just ooze trustworthy. I wont be going anywhere else from here on in. I paid 216 for the coil spring , and that cost around 20 online I paid 66 each ignition coil that cost 20 I paid 22 of plug that cost around 5 They charge me for the labour 250 that I think is to much. Never again

I am writing this review for any Asian people in the area that might feel intimidated by glaring eyes and the intentional ignoring you of service we unfortunetely get from other mechanics in the area or further out in Hitchin, is why usually we have to stick to mechanics in predominantly Asian areas. However on this occassion: having tried many mechanics over a period of a decade in the area, i couldn't be bothered to have to travel to get my MOT done and tried this establishment. There was no stare or glaring eyes instead a polite greeting and a phone call after to advise completion with a free brake check; although the price on the quote for brake disk and pads is higher than i am currently willing to pay, I can not fault the customer service i recieved. So if you are Asian origin you can be rest assured that there is no covert cancel culture at this business.
