Im pleased I was able to purchase via Country Properties in Baldock. My search for a property took 9 months and I worked with over a dozen different agencies. Country Properties in Baldock was one of two agencies where I felt like they had both the buyer and the sellers interests in mind and were working toward a match for both parties. This meant no nonsense and useless chasing regarding unsuitable properties for me. I didnt feel pressure to put in offers on a property just so they could get it off the market. No push toward their mortgage adviser. Just clear information and answers to my questions, all delivered in a timely manner and professionally. They helped me move my purchase along quickly and Id be pleased to recommend them to others.

From our first viewing of the property to the completion Country Properties stood out as one of the best experiences we've had with an estate agents. They felt on our side throughout, helping us to match our offer with the vendors expectations and were always happy to step in when we hit some brick walls during the conveyancing period.
