Right at Home Stevenage, Letchworth and Hitchin

Right at Home began visiting and supplying homecare for my father in July 2022 following his stroke that year. We are very pleased with the homecare service which all the Team has provided, and still provides. Their support is professionally given with concern, kindness and friendliness. We have been informed if any suspected health issues have been raised during these visits, and communicate regularly with the Management Team and homecare staff. We would recommend the Team. My father enjoys their visits, and we are thankful that we discovered this Company.

I have been working at Right at Home since April 2021, started out as a caregiver, looking to progress within the company. I have been to many in house training such as train the trainer, managing difficult conversations, risk assessment training etc, I have recently been promoted to Senior caregiver and this week I have completed my first Training workshop for new caregivers. There are plenty of opportunities to progress with Right at Home. The support has been second to none. Right at Homes delivery of care is to high standard, we all bond well with our clients and happy to go the extra mile. We treat eachother like family. Working doesn't feel like work, I thoroughly enjoy my job. Each day is different.

I am a Senior CareGiver and Care Coordinator working for Right at Home, Stevenage, Letchworth and Hitchin. I started off as a CareGiver with no experience working in care and I have worked here for nearly 3 years now. Within that time I have gained the best and up to date training, received the utmost help and support from my Manager and MD, and given the opportunity to grow and develop. Full PPE has always been provided in order to do my job well whilst we are supporting and caring for our amazing clients. I work with a great team of CarerGivers who all support each other and fantastically rally round when needed. It is important to communicate well and keep connected! This I believe enables us to give the best quality of care our clients need and deserve. I couldnt ask for a better team! Ive been given the encouragement and appreciation which motivates me to continue to work hard with any future learning. I highly recommend working for Right at Home, the services we provide and represent.
