Since working for helping hands Ive feel like my confidence and self esteem has grown so much, I have never before felt so valued and appreciated by a company before. My manager Sigita and the office team do such a good job of keeping everyone informed and making sure we feel confident with our roles, providing more information and training if/when needed. This is honestly the best team and the best manager Ive ever worked with.

As the family of a new client we have been extremely impressed by, and grateful for, the responsiveness and coordination of the central office and by the commitment and compassion provided by the two carers to our Dad. Their support has given everyone confidence in his wellbeing again.

As an employee of Helping Hands I couldnt ask for a better job, manager or co-workers. Not only do they support and give 5* quality person centred care to all their customers, they support each and every carer within their company. After working for them for a while and realising the standard of care they give we had to change my Nans care over to them and are beyond happy with it! I couldnt recommend enough as a care organisation, a place of work or as individuals!!!

I contacted this agency at short notice for help with my father who had come to live with me after being discharged from hospital. From beginning to end I cannot say enough about the support our family received from everyone we came into contact with. From the initial visit from Sigita to each and everyone of the carers that came out, initially once a day and then at very short notice to three times a day. They were all amazing and I honestly couldnt recommend them enough. Huge thanks to all of them but specifically to Jasmine, Lucy and Kat who all went above and beyond to help us when we needed it most. I had dealt with a previous care agency in London where my father had been living - and Helping Hands Letchworth was in a different league. I will always be truly grateful for everything they did.
