        I took the Empowered Mama's hypnobirthing course online during lockdown to help prepare for the birth of my first child. Astral provided well-informed information, strategies and resources to make what can be a fearful experience, a calm and empowering one. Armed with this insight and fantastic birthing tracks I was able to have an amazing home birth. Astral is such a passionate and caring educator. I can't recommend Empowered Mama's enough!
