        I attended the 8 week beginners meditation course. It was a great introduction to meditation. As each week passed, Bhante introduced us to new concepts and approaches which gradually built my practice. Meditation is a bit like having a therapist to hand; I never knew that I already had everything I needed to cope with the stresses of life; constantly looking externally when everything I needed was within; this course taught me how to find it! Looking forward to extending my practice and moving on to the next course.

        Bhante Samitha and Dr Thura and Padma Wijerathna have been conducting Mindfulness Meditation sessions in an excellent manner. These sessions include a lot of hands on practice meditation in addition to explaining the Lord Buddha's teachings . I have benefitted a lot by participating in both the beginners and advanced meditation sessions
