        When to a view a bike excellent dealership , Mark the salesman was helpful and very knowledgeable, finally struck a deal with the manager and Mark bike purchased I would highly recommend

        Customer service below par. I was looking for my first bike, and all was going great. I placed a deposit and travelled nearly an hour to go and view a Honda CB500F. I let the sales executive know I wanted to purchase the bike but then heard nothing back. After making numerous calls and emails, I was told someone would call me back, but no one did. I left it a few days, and no one contacted me back. I decided to ask for my deposit back and take my business elsewhere as they obviously didn't want to do business with me. It was very unfortunate as I was looking forward to purchasing my first bike.
