        Tryed on Tuesday to get appointment for my mother I have evidence on my phone tryed 100 times to get through all I got was busy line , I gave up drove to surgery was told no appointments , strange as it was only 9am and I swear only 1 man in waiting room ! , I did get a visit appointment for next day . This has to change FAST .

        Staff are nice but system is extremely poor. Have to call 20+ times to get through to the queue without it saying line busy. Getting an appointment is impossible no matter how bad the problem, doctor calls you eventually, then decides wether you get to see them in person. My mother who is very vulnerable cannot seem to be seen, no matter how much we beg. Was supposed to get an urgent call back...that was three weeks ago. Terrible. Oh...and if you do get seen, it'll be by a different doctor every time so you end up constantly going around in circles. I would like to think they're trying their best but it's really not good enough.
