Alex was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. His advice before starting was excellent, his work was fast and good quality, and he both protected everything before starting and cleaned up properly when finishing. One of his subcontractors made a huge mistake which no-one picked up till the work was finished and Alex took total responsibility for putting it right, fast, with minimum disruption, and put it all back together perfectly.
