        Do not use their Letchworth branch unless you would like to be spoken to rudely with zero customer service and staff that clearly do not care and just want to chat instead of serving customers. Ive used CEX many times and usually use the Stevenage branch but decided to use Letchworth DONT BOTHER! Was made to feel unwelcome as soon as I entered, the staff argued back at me in front of other customers, it really was a horrendous experience, I beg you all to not use the Letchworth branch for the sake of your time and sanity.
