THE FRUIT & VEG HUT

Just had my first box delivered. It was well worth the money and I had some lovely grapes as well. Had the large friuit/veg/ salad box for 25.00. So varied and very fresh. See you in a fortnight Ruth

I attended the Letchworth Food Festival on Saturday and bought some strawberries, which looked nice and fresh. I specifically asked the young girl on the stall how many days in the fridge would these last and she said about 4 days and they were freshly picked that morning. But sadly when I got home after a closer Inspection most of them were soft with squidgy areas and didn't seem as fresh as the girl had suggested they were. I contacted the company via text message and they asked for me to return the product for a refund. Sadly the price of fuel to return the item would have been a lot more the 4 I paid as I don't live in the same county. I offered photographs, which they didn't want and I asked for a free pack next them I am in the area instead of a refund, but they refused, so I won't be returning as a customer.

So nice to have fresh produce. Amazing products and such a great alternative to the usuals! Diet friendly and also vegan!

Great service and produce. Todays delivery included potatoes, carrots, onions, cauliflower, long stem broccoli, strawberries, kiwi fruit, oranges, clementines, bananas, apples & plums. Really good amount and for 15 including delivery an absolute bargain. Cant recommend these guys highly enough.
