        The wonderful proprietor of 'Wool-n-Things' in Baldock, went beyond the call of duty with her service and home delivery. She succeeded in rapidly sourcing the exact knitting equipment we needed, when other wool businesses (both nationally and locally), failed to come-up with the goods. Her communication skills, both online and in person, were par excellence. She went the extra mile, which will not only result in an indebted and happy customer, it will also go a long way in terms of keeping the shop on my radar for future business. I highly recommend 'Wool-n-Things' for your wool craft needs. She's the best. Thank you so much - top marks - A++!
