What an amazing experience i had today! I have been to see Gayle 4 times now, and each experience i get is amazing. Today i left feeling bliss. I would recomment Gayle to absolutely anyone.

My 14 year old daughter has severe anxiety that caused her to have full body tremors and has ended up on crutches for over a year now. We had a few sessions with gayle and she finds that it really calms her and makes her feel so relaxed, it's a work in progress but we would definitely recommend gayle. Super friendly and really good with my daughter.

Gayle has been helping me overcome a very established fear of driving and the anxiety that goes with it. I've struggled with this for over a decade but have made more progress in the two sessions with Gayle than I had in the past 10 years by myself. She's very calm, reassuring and makes you feel at ease instantly. The result is that I'm much more comfortable driving, less panicky and making better, safer decisions while behind the wheel. Amazing progress in my book!
