Happy to take your money secure the car, Steph to call you the next day to arrange coming to view the car, then for a couple hours later tell you it has been sold to someone else! Waste of time very unprofessional, I expected more from Honda dealership.

Changing all plans to Book an appointment to view a car but just informed by the dealer on email half a day just before my appointment saying the car was "sold" (by paying 99 deposits) and the customer is viewing the car the next day following my appointment! Bad customer service and no integrity.

I purchased my NC 750X DCT from here new in 2018 and have had it serviced at every service interval with NWH. I have just had my bike serviced with an MOT on the 8th June - during the service the Tech found 2 faults - parking brake and broken exhaust bracket - I authorised the 256 additional cost immediately when called the bike was returned on the 9th June. I found on the documents returned with the bike that they failed the bikes MOT for the 2 faults found DURING the service as mentioned on the SERVCE inspection sheet suppled to me and in the attached video. One defined as Dangerous and the other a major defect!! This history is available to see for anyone who is going to buy my bike when I decide to sell it - not what I wanted on there. If I had put the bike in for a service on the 8th June and they rectified the faults and went back on the 9th June I would not have this blot on my MOT history. Not the best NWH and cheers Daniel the service manager for leaving me a voicemail and NOT calling back as you stated you would and hence why I didnt ring but hey ho. Anyway, the moral of this review is dont get a service and MOT done here on the same day and for me, it was nice doing business NWH, I shall take my bike elsewhere for them to MOT and Service as I always trusted the Honda brand to carry out my servicing but not anymore....

Charlie Benson was fantastic at answering questions, looking after us and not being too pushy like some places can be. We havent decided which car to buy yet, but if we choose a Honda, we would definitely come back to buy from Charlie. Great service!
