I had the best time today, a wonderful haircut in the most lovely setting! Where to start: Charlotte is only 19 and one of the junior stylists but when I tell you this is THE best haircut Ive ever had in my life Im not joking. One of the most professional & knowledgeable stylists Ive encountered so far. It does tell a lot about the general vibe and professionalism of this salon. I was greeted with a lovely iced tea (you can get SO many different types of drinks & snacks by the way) and by lovely smiles. The rest of the appointment flew by with lots of chat, laughter and so many tips I got to take home to apply to my newly discovered curly hair. I didnt feel pressured whatsoever into buying their products (although I definitely will buy some as the results speak for themselves) which is also very refreshing. This is also is probably the first time where I felt safe, not judged and genuinely heard in a hair salon. Just so amazed by the amount of knowledge and amazing personalities that run this place. Thank you Charlotte and the rest of the staff for a lovely experience. 10/10! Services: Hairstyling, Curly hair

I had the best experience at TCR. Tasha was so great at listening to what I wanted and explaining her process to me when I came in for my consultation. On the day of my service she made me feel at ease by double checking what I wanted and was just so lovely chatting to me and explaining each step as she did it. She also helped me by showing me techniques I can do at home for my curly hair and was great at explaining what the products she was using. She didnt do a hard sell trying to get me to buy every product and let me decide what would be best for me for my routine. By the end of my appointment my curls never looked better and she is the first person to get my colour exactly how I wanted it. I cannot recommend TCR enough. For a curly girl looking for an affordable salon that offers these services and does it SO well is nearly impossible. Now that Ive found them I am never going anywhere else!
