        There is a guy that you see as you walk in and he is extremely rude. Same guy the last few times I've been. He thinks he runs the place and expects you to treat him like royalty or something

        Total rude and think they are incontrol off u job centres should be shut down like banks amd just go online instead like the after mouth of covid has caused especially useless !!!!

        Staff are hopeless and rude , dont handle anything straight away and lie to your face . Robert is in my opinion as corrupt as they come you know what you did . Constantly having to fight through nonsense to get any results . Terrible
