Completely irresponsible and dishonest company that deceives clients. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work with these clowns. I placed an order on Amazon. For days the provided shipping number didn't work, then the package was stuck for almost 14 days in the UK and CKB hasn't done a thing to solve the problem. Several times they came up with excuses for the delay of shipping the order. Unfortunately that was only deceptive. They ignored a notice of default and abused Amazon's system to avoid liability for their failure. Even though I explained them exactly how things work under UK consumer law they are absolutely reluctant to fulfill their obligations of the agreement and therewith completely disrespect the law and consumer rights.
