        Shocking customer service never get back to you no matter how many times you call, very disorganised rude office staff that really don't seem to care

        Had an Engineer from Milgas to look at our gas fire due to it not working and was told the pilot light mechanism needed replacing as it wasn't coming on as it should. The Engineer proceed to complete a service of the gas fire but I have since got a second opinion and it seems, the pilot light area was blocked and not cleaned properly. Will not be dealing with Milgas again as the Engineer should have cleaned all areas when he did the service, and known to identify such a small issue.

        Don't use this company. They overcharged me. When I queried it they refused to refund us. Basically we were naive...offered the workman a cup of tea but didn't realise it was on the clock. On arrival he said it would be a half an hour job but we got charged for 2 hours by the accounts team and their hourly rate is expensive.
