Staff were friendly and slightly pressuring us into buying. We brought a made to measure shed that within a few months was leaning to one side quite drastically. The lock did not line up to lock it anymore. (See the gap in photos, wasn't a gap when the shed was installed). I rang up and was met with a very polite response to the situation and had the team come out to assess and rectify the issue. Packers were put under the corners and was told they would be back in 2 weeks to strengthen the frame. However it wasn't the base that was the issue; having had one of the highest reputable building companies in the herts to put the concrete base in months before I brought the shed. The Packers added more stress to the joints which were already under a lot of strain from the movement. The team came back and wedged in one piece of wood into the frame. This did make a slight difference to the one end of the shed but still wasn't great. The end with the door was still way out of alignment. Gave up with the company and I ended up paying out to have the shed strengthened and made secure in the frear it could collapse when my child or pets was near it. Now it's a perfectly fine shed.
