Pete is a fantastic craftsman. He repaired and restored some old floor boards upstairs in our house and fitted new reclaimed wooden flooring in the whole of our downstairs. He did an equally brilliant job of both. It is an old house and so we encountered lots of issues but Pete was patient and painstaking and his standards are incredibly high. The flooring is fitted so well and so carefully that everyone says it looks like it has been there forever. Pete was also very fair on price even though the job was not totally predictable. Finally he is a lovely guy and no bother to have in the house for weeks on end which you cant say of everyone! Thanks for everything Pete! We hired Pete to change the sash cords in our 6 windows and improve insulation. Despite the hurdles of working in old Victorian style windows, Pete did an amazing job. Going through a window a day Pete worked really efficiently to get the work done in time with high quality. He was very respectful of our space and made sure to leave a clean area after finishing. Communication was very easy and he even passed by after hours when we struggled to unlock one of the windows. We could not be happier with the service.
