AVOID AT ALL COST, DO NOT BOOK!! I booked this company back in December 2021. I hired the Igloo to surprise and celebrate my friends 30th birthday. An occasion that was meant to be special, joyful and a memorable. Much to my shock, it was surprising and memorable but for all the wrong reasons. There were a number of issues: 1. The Igloo, cutleries, chairs and table provided were filthy and disgusting and the heater was broken. When this was pointed out to the staff, the response I got was Well it is an outdoor event and I do not have time to clean it as I have another event to go. 2. There were several holes in the celling of the Igloo which caused a leakage due to it raining that day. My guests got wet and two of them got electrocuted as there were electric appliances in the igloo. 3. I also did not receive a speaker, which was part of the package. My guests were left with a music-less night. All I could hear was my guest shivering and the screams from the electric shocks! 4. I also did not receive the full amount of cutlery. I was only given 20 plates when I clearly stated I will be hosting for 22 guests. As a results, two guests had to eat from paper plates. As if, the night couldnt get any worse! 5. The floor of the igloo was not covered properly which led the guests to became even dirtier (stepping on wet muddy grass) and again causing a hazard due to the uncovered wet floor being next to electrical appliances. 6. The Igloo was also not secured to the ground properly, which meant when the wind blew, the igloo blew. Causing a havoc among the guests in the Igloo. By this point my guests were all cold, wet and fearing that their safety, so of course, we had to evacuate all guests and end the evening early! Not only did I receive a product that was not fit for purpose, the service I received from Lauren Cooper was absolutely atrocious. When I tried to address the issues, she had no sympathy for me and denied every issue I pointed out. Her attitudes and demeanour was rude, aggressive and unhelpful throughout the whole process. If you are unable to meet at the very least with the UK trading standard or/and unable to communicate to your customers than the service industry is not for you. This is not the 30th birthday party I had planned for my friends special day. In fact, I received quite the opposite, which is a birthday party from hell! The day just went bad to worse. Never in my life, have I received such appalling and inexcusable product and service. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAMMER AT ALL COST!

The Igloo Company Ltd is not located at Unit 3 Oakfield Business Centre (Corner), Letchworth, SG6 1FB (or variations of this address), their lease was surrendered on 13/06/2022. There is an active proposal to strike off the company at Companies House and there are legal claims pending against the company for monies owed. PLEASE BE AWARE

Happy to help and take your money without knowing full details of what you require or whether or not your location even complies with their ridiculous terms and conditions. Guess what how convenient that their deposit is NON- Refundable. Easiest 150 they ever made.
