Garden City Surgery

I also feel very very lucky to be registered at this GP practice. Every doctor I have ever seen since joining in 2015 has been professional helpful and resolved every issue either directly or via referral. The receptionists are helpful and sympathetic. The experience of visiting the surgery now that cases are being triaged is much calmer, pleasant and relaxed than ever before. Yes I had to hold for 20 mins to get a telephone call consultation the same day in order to decide whether or not I would be seen in person that day, but if you play by the surgery's new rules then everything works swimmingly. Thanks to everyone at the surgery for your hard work despite getting such a hard time in the press.

Lovely doctors and nurses, but the service and reception it's a nightmare. After being with them for over 6 years, send 2 official complaints whitin last 4 months and no decided its time to leave this place.

Cant ever get through via phone, econsult is just ignored. Paramedic emails are just lost? Never any emergency appointments and the Asian receptionist is horrifically rude and should be sacked. How shes allowed to work in the public sector is disgusting!!! No office manager ever available conveniently and Dr Chand couldnt care less about his patients or their health. I have ms disability and asthma, low immune, mental health. And I get attacked by receptionists for being ill and simply wanting an appointment. Awful surgery, wish I could move but others in area are full. DO NOT JOIN THIS PRACTICE Id rather suffer or go A&E than call this surgery. Update..please find attached my dismissal letter for voicing a complaint! Ive got ms, disabled and asthma. Not a caring practice at all! Ombudsman informed

I have received excellent service in the past few months for myself & my parents. I have had no problems contacting the doctor & have received all required tests/investigations promptly. The receptionists are very helpful & are always friendly, kind & approachable. The e consult works very well. Of course surgeries are busy, we obviously need more of them, so don't blame this fabulous surgery, vent frustrations to your MP & follow it up. The pressure on front line staff is awful & they are doing their best.

Unhelpful incompetent receptionists, giving out incorrect information and creating extra work for themselves and the patient. Hard to believe these are paid customer service facing members of staff.
