Impatient service. Have to try several times for calls to be pick up, they are rush to hang up the phone when I still need to cancel an appointment.

Amending my review from 4 stars to 1 star. I was a patient here for over 5 years and de-registered myself today. Sergei did a filling for me which left me with immense jaw pain and not being able to open my mouth or chew properly on my left side for over a month. I called after a few days of having the procedure, asking for Sergei to call me back so he could give me his professional advice but I never received a call back. Some months later, I requested a call back again as I still had issues but, again, I received no call back. I went for a check up today after several months and was told by the Dental Assistant that I should have Googled the solution as if I should have known what was wrong in the first place. Meanwhile, there was no investigation before making the assumption that it was a muscle spasm. I mentioned that telling patients to Google medical issues is not helpful, and that I would have preferred for Sergei to give me professional advice. The Dental Assistant repeated herself and said that Sergei would give me the same advice. Sergei apologised but I just felt like I was being fobbed off and left. I will be following up with a formal complaint which has to go through the practice before escalating to an independent reviewer. The one star is for the hygienist who is excellent.
