Letchworth Dental Surgery

My kids had a great first experience at the dentist, despite one of them needing an extraction. Dr Ajina was fantastic from start to finish, he explained everything that was going on and continuously reassured them so they felt comfortable.

Can I give zero stars? Never pick up phone, so when I had to cancel appointment after 3 attempts left phone message. Nobody cancelled him no do not let book for my kids. Told missed three appointment while cancelled one other 2 maybe was booked without my knowledge. Daughter was sent to other place, went there, do not know if marked we do not attented even we did or forgot to move booking but now same. Costumer service is terrible too. Dentists though are nice, sorry for management.

Fantastic dental surgery! Dr Radhika Shah is an amazing dentist so kind and lovely. I was made to feel at ease and actually look forward to coming now. I have even registered my daughter and husband with her now. She is brilliant with kids too! My daughter asks me every day when her next appointment is. Thank you for the excellent care

The reception staff are always warm and welcoming. The booking procedure is accommodating. I saw Dr Ajina for treatment on my tooth that had a root-canal treatment many years prior. Dr Ajina was exceptional friendly, professional and very competent. I have not had trouble with the tooth since. Very pleased with the dental practice.

Rang to get an appointment been told theyve taken me of the list as I did not attend an appointment but when I was last seen I was waiting on a hospital referral and so there were no further appointments for me to attend
