        Gave me v short notice of delivery time. Did not ring bell, did not leave note, did not call available number. Left, taking parcel away though I was indoors at address. On APC website their shot of my front door captured only the top half so I would have no idea if parcel was on ground - or stolen. Later in call to Baldock site later, they would not describe size of packet so I could confirm item (one urgently awaited).

        Missed a delivery, so picked up next day myself. A little annoyed i couldn't approve "leave in a safe space" but picking up was easy enough.
