        It's not difficult. Deliver to me or leave with ANY neighbour. Oh no we'll fail the delivery. OK I'll rearrange for delivery to my neighbour. Oh no we'll attempt delivery at your home address and fail it. PARCEL NOW SITTING IN YOUR DEPOT FOR ANOTHER DAY COME ON DPD!!! IT'S REALLY NOT DIFFICULT.

        Terrible , this company will have you taking days off work for absolutely nothing , driver couldnt find address, i watched him live on there app and he sure didnt look for more than 30 seconds as i got the cannot find address come up on the app immediately after i was the next destination . just be honest you cant be bothered to walk more than 5 mtrs from the van to deliver something.

        Tell your staff to use the buzzer for entrances to flat communal doors. I've been in all morning waiting, just received a text saying I wasn't in and checked the buzzer works and it does. Use the buzzer.
