Rude service, my partner bought a vape but it did not work so I went to return the vape and it was replaced.
Second vape again faulty, went to return again to be told they will not replace again as it has been a long time. It was literally 2 hours prior I was in the shop, gentleman behind the counter was very rude, I explained it is no fault of my own and the item is at fault and he needs to replace he basically threw the money at me and told me not come into the shop again.
If this is how you treat paying customers that actually voice any concerns I am surprised you have any customers at all.
