Hayley and Michelle were brilliant as they guided us through the entire process of gaining our CQC Registration. Their obvious experience and knowledge of the industry filled us with confidence and no doubt led to successfully getting us our registration. CQC Experts are professional, supportive, and extremely approachable, and we highly recommend their services. Their templates, policies and procedures are also brilliant. We cant thank them enough!

I came across CQC Experts at The Care Show in Birmingham. I had taken information about their service and reached out to them. I found that the support that was offered was so personalised, I have not received any closer to this. Michelle, The Director, personally made sure my questions were answered and I was put at ease. I've previously had a horrible experience. Michelle and her team have turned this around. They encouraged confidence, their passion for care is resonated in every interaction whether face to face, phone or email. Accessibility was soo easy. I find some automated services or consultants with such inflexible approaches to narrow people's opportunities. However, at CQC Experts I was never made to feel small when reaching out to Michelle. I owe this company. They've really assisted me and now, the guidance I am recieving is excellent. I hope they continue to do well and I would recommend this team, eyes closed!
