genuinely shocked after good customer service. confirmation that they would deliver on Tuesday from an order placed last Thursday. To then be told they haven't even started production by the following Wednesday, and it won't even be dispatched until Thursday- "fast labels" apparently.

My experience with this company was wonderful! They printed our A5 brochure booklets beautifully, to a much higher standard than our past suppliers, and at a much better price. Also very importantly it was produced in just 2 or 3 working days and ready for pick up - we really appreciated the pick up option as this totally avoids any potential delays with couriers, which was critical for our last minute order. We would definitely order here again, thank you for a wonderful product and service.

We have been using Printed easy for a few years now, and this last order is the only one there has been an issue with. It was put right in under 24hrs!! I don't know how they managed it, but the replacement labels arrived 19 hours after I told them about the problem! Now, it should have been right first time (as it was on all previous orders!), but their response was amazing! Thank you to the team.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and quality product with honest & competitive pricing. Had a pretty tight turnaround to which we still struggled to get our artwork across in time, however the team were able to get our prints completed for us by the date needed! Will certainly be looking to work with Printed Easy again soon.
