SEAT Letchworth

Recently purchased a new Seat Ibiza from Letchworth Seat & have been delighted with the service received. I am not local to the dealership (200 miles away!), but Letchworth Seat were able to supply the exact colour & specification of car I had been looking for (unlike local dealerships), hence, I chose Seat Letchworth as opposed to local Seat dealers. This was the first time I had purchased a new car from a dealership which was not local to me, or which I had never visited before (I actually knew very little about Seat Letchworth), but it turned out to be a great decision & was worth the long journey down to Letchworth to collect the car, as throughout the order process, Matt Woodhams could not have been more helpful & was an absolute pleasure to deal with (keeping me updated at every stage of the process). Matt made we feel very welcome when I collected the car & took the time to ensure that I was familiar with the cars features & controls before my long drive home. Overall, great service from Matt and the team at Seat Letchworth. If you are looking to buy a Seat or Cupra, make sure you give Seat Letchworth a call or visit.

Excellent....particularly Matthew Woodhams, who is a really good sales person. His knowledge and sales technique made the whole process very easy and pleasant. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle - just useful information that allowed me to make an informed decision. I would definitely use this company in the future. I just had a feeling of trust and reliability. Also, great coffee!!!
