Baldock Bikes

Have been struggling to find a bike for my son who had grown too tall for his current bike. Contacted Baldock Bikes about a bike I'd seen on Facebook. I was able to go and see it the next day and they brought 2 out. They were so friendly and helpful, made my son feel at ease. Helped him understand the gears and made sure he had a good ride round. We were able to trade his bike in to reduce the cost which was helpful and pay by bank transfer. This was our 2nd experience as the bike had needed a puncture repaired before and they were just as welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I've been there today for a consultation. My tires were on the ground, and my pump was not working. I was greeted with kindness and a chat while waiting. I thank the girl and her partner who have been really kind to me. They inflated my wheels without asking for anything in return thank you very much !!!! I will definitely come back to you in case of advice. bless you.
