Carolyn was really helpful and provided excellent service. I was very happy with my wetsuit fitting and the wetsuit is great.

I took my bike in to Trisports as the reviews for this bike shop were excellent!I must say that Trisports have lived up to their good reputation. I choose the level 2 service as this seemed appropriate for what I needed done. Upon closer inspection I was informed by Eben that some additional work/repairs were necessary and a clear quote was sent to me with an upgrade to a level 3 service to accommodate the additional work. I accepted this quote and Eben started the job. I called him and asked him if he didn't mind installing 2 new GP5000 tyres for me while he was busy with the bike. He said no problem at all. Once the bike was ready for collection I asked for one more favor and that was to install 2 new Ultegra R8000 brake/gear lever hoods.Eben without hesitation assisted me. Eben went that extra mile and more to help me with everything needed done with my bike. Fantastic job done by Eben and his team. All the extra effort did not go unnoticed. Thanks again to Trisports

Had absolutely great service from Carolyn helping me chose and size my bike as well as some helpful advice in navigating the Cycle to Work scheme. Thanks to Micheal for the bike fit, very comfy on it indeed.
