        Had a consultation with Naomi for Botox and was booked in a week later, initially was really pleased but after 4 weeks the botox had worn off, when I text her she didnt respond with any sort of resolve then ignored all other texts, on reflection there was no medical questionnaire or any type of questions about my medical history. Have since used a reputable clinic in hitchin that have all the correct procedures and paperwork in place

        Had my lashes (classics) done by Beth. Beth is a professional and done Exactly what I asked for and very friendly too! The saloon is very warm, cosy & relaxing. My eyelashes are of really good quality and lasted longer than 5 weeks for infills which is pretty amazing really. I totally recommend this place as its not like any other. Thank you so much Beth!
