        Aspen vet us great. Lovely staff. They have been looking after Woofer pretty much hus whole life!

        Some months ago, I took our dog to this surgery, it was a pup a thoroughbred, tagged and registered. It had a blocked rear, and could not empty its bowel. I rang the door bell, the lady "person" on reception, was on the phone, she could see me through the door, with the dog in my arms, but just ignored me, even after she had finished on the phone? I waited patiently, but she still ignored me? I was at a loss? The Vet eventually answered, on the intercom, and said we are not taking new referrals and hung up. They never even asked what was wrong with the animal? The penny dropped when I got home, I was in my working clothes, they judged me on my appearance! Having no interest, in the welfare of our puppy dog whatsoever. I took it to the PDSA who removed the blockage. I informed them of our mistreatment from this surgery? When I said Aspen Surgery they grimaced. Avoid this place!
