        She not deserve not even one star because the way how she acting with people reflect the way how is doing with pets.After I was delayed(from her fault)the "ladyship cancelled the booking appointment and with this kind of people is not deserve to have stress.

        Have to say what a lovely groomers. My Luna come back looking absolutely beautiful and smelling wonderful from her first full groom. They did an absolutely smashing job and I shall be recommending them to my paw pals. Thank you Wet Paws
