Had my two dogs groomed by Jade for the first time yesterday and they both came out looking lovely. One of my dogs is very nervous and Jade put him at ease as soon as we arrived. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon.

I recently had a great experience with Berts Bows. Jade has a lovely grooming space, was very professional and did an amazing job on my big boy, Mac. When I picked him up, he looked and smelled fabulous. Jade was so attentive with him that he didnt want to leave! Ill definitely be taking him back to Berts Bows for future grooms.

Just had a really lovely experience bringing my dog in ahead of her spay operation and was so happy with how she looked after. So neat - but without losing the character of her breed (King Charles). Such a happy dog when I picked her up - will definitely return for the professionalism and friendliness! :)
