        Would not see my 2 year old who had a temperature of 39oC because they needed her to have a negative covid test. Despite her age. Spent half the day trying to get her seen, ended up going to erith urgent care and was told she had acute tonsillitis and mild scarlet fever.

        phoned surgery for blood test results I was 4 in the queue, 1hr later a recorded message about econsult then phone went dead, never been lucky enough to book an appointment by phone even pre-covid, not sure what the three receptionists do all day TERRIBLE SURGERY
