Outstanding stay at The Bothy. Last minute, two night stay. The Bothy is unique, set in a field with views towards Alnmouth and the Northumberland coast. Enjoyed the magical Northumberland skies both day and night. The Bothy has an amazing, outdoor hot tub to soak and read away the hours. It is very private and secluded. I don't want to stay much about the interior of the Bothy...it's magical ...book it to enjoy the most comfortable bed in the world and all the special touches (the packet of pilgrims coffee was a lovely treat) from the bathroom to the stove it is all perfect. To top it off, Catherine the host is fabulous.

Just spent two nights here in the Bothy and wow, it was something special. Waking up in the night to see the brightest twinkling stars was incredible, and despite strong winds and rain overnight we were so warm and cosy, plus the hot tub and the fire kept us especially warm. A walking route recommended in the visitor book was lovely and took us down to Alnmouth on a sunny clear morning. The place is so well kitted out and it had everything we needed. So peaceful, a proper reset and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much!
