Placed order via amazon, glass within product was broken, outer packaging was not damaged so clearly the product was damaged before dispatch, seller not willing to engage or respond to emails to arrange replacement so had to undertake lengthy amazon return and refund process to at my own cost and time. Terrible customer service, dont not buy from these unless you want damaged products and bad service

Great service and as we were moving house the product was in storage for three months before it was found to be faulty and I was refunded as they had no more stock will definitely recommend this company and use them again

I purchased the kipling city pack mini backpack and the kipling firefly backpack, both are excellent everyday bags, The city backpack is slightly bigger than the firefly. Aspen have a great selection of kipling bags and their prices are great. I always go to this shop for kipling. Very reliable company.
