Reopened on 8th April 2023. Lovely to return for the first time in six years. The museum feels much fresher and does much to celebrate the history of the local area and its people. QR codes on many exhibits are a welcome addition! Enjoyed meeting the lovely, attentive volunteers who supplied us with plentiful information.

Excellent place to visit. Original stables and lots of exhibits about different aspects of local history. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Also it's free although they would welcome a donation.
