        I have spent tens of thousands of pounds on Shires products over the years but I will not spend another penny after local representative Emily Welch made unfair negative comments about my business in the public domain.

        Brand new fly mask with fringes worn once and stitching has broken and fringes fallen out. Explanation from Shires is that the horse must have rubbed on something, it is not faulty and they won't exchange or refund without me paying to send it back. Appalling product & customer service.

        Amazing service. We were desperate for a pair of Aida slim fit boots for a competition last weekend and after a phone conversation on Tuesday with extremely helpful staff at Shires they were despatched the same day and arrived the next Lovely quality boots and we are very much impressed with your superb service. Thank you so much.
