Alan went for his first visit. He was looked after so well. He had a trial visit to make him comfortable with it a few weeks ago! What a good idea for a puppy! He smells and looks gorgeous now! Thank you!!

Super place to take your dog. Caroline and Keri are very caring, so I am always happy to leave my dog. Took my labrador today, she came out smelling absolutely fabulous .

Sent recently rescyed dog to be washed as he has some skin problems. Dog has an injured tail. Specifically mentioned beforehand that it could not get wet as it's bandaged (was partially amputated due to injury and has stitches). Was assured this was not a problem but upon collection was advised bandage would need replacing as it had gotten wet. As only reason for sending dog to groomer instead of washing myself was to ensure his bandaged tail was kept dry I will admit I was rather disappointed. Felt cost for bathing (rather than full groom) was expensive at 40 but this was my fault for not clarifying cost beforehand. Appreciate some of the cost was the time spent acclimatising the dog, but still regret not checking. On the plus side the groomer was friendly, good and patient with the dog and this was appreciated. Groomer did not wear a mask inside the premises but I wasn't inside very long.
