Really disappointed not to have received the good service that repair customers seem to have . I bought a car phone holder only for it to literally fall apart in my hands when installing it when I got home. Returned to the shop the same afternoon to be refused an exchange or refund, and was rudely accused of breaking it when it was clearly faulty/not fit for use. I was left out of pocket and needing to buy a replacement elsewhere. Will not be returning and would advise people to avoid buying the low quality items stocked by the store. Would give zero stars for poor quality goods and rude and unpleasant customer service if I could
